First 5 Pounds GONE!
So how did I lose my first 5 pounds? Background Info: I lost my first 5 pounds in a span of about 2 weeks Winning Ways: The biggest change I made was my diet. Food = GOOD!
It has come to my attention that food is always regarded as a “bad” thing. But please know that FOOD = GOOD! But too much of it = BAD! Many girls have a negative connotation about food, but remember that its where we get our energy from and what keeps us living! So, food = good IF you pick healthy choices or in healthy moderations.  Peace with food? :)

Are you TRULY hungry?
I got this image from ms surfnrunner and I thought that this was a very scale to determine whether we are really hungry or not. Often times, we declare and feel that we are hungry, but really it’s just ourselves convincing that we are. Hope this chart helps. Sure helped me :)

Procrastination
Probably one of the biggest fitness killers. You get caught up watching tv when you’re supposed to be exercising, or you get so into talking on the phone with your friends and you vow to exercise the next morning…but never does happen.
